I’ve been a mortgage loan officer since 2001. Since then, I’ve helped people accomplish their financial goals through patience, listening, understanding, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Here at Amplify Credit Union, I’m responsible for both personal and the collective origination output of Real Estate loan products in accordance with investor and internal Credit Union guidelines to ensure compliance with Amplify, NCUA, CFPB, and Investor standards. In other words, I handle relationship management and serve as the mortgage lending subject matter expert to members, branch network, and call center.
I’m your primary point of contact with Amplify throughout your mortgage loan process. My comprehensive understanding of both the sales and operational sides of the industry puts you in the unique position of having an expert that can help you overcome any obstacles that might cause a delay in funding.
I specialize in helping you get into the best possible position to purchase a new home. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or an experienced buyer, I help you navigate all the details associated with purchasing and financing a new home. My aim is to provide you with outstanding member service by ensuring your entire mortgage loan experience is smooth and that you are kept informed throughout the process. And, if you’re happy in your current home and aren’t looking to purchase today, I can also help you refinance your current mortgage.
When I’m not at work, I’m traveling, reading, or volunteering at Austin Pets Alive. I’m a big animal lover, and support PETA and the Humane Society as well.
Every once in a while we have a great experience with someone whom we are doing business with. It doesn't seem to happen often these days, but I had such an experience with Alex Cardona on a loan I was seeking from Amplify. He really went the extra mile to help me the entire distance from inception to finish. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate Alex's help.-Sally G.
