The benefits of working at Amplify are numerous and varied to suit the needs of our diverse team. The information below provides a sampling of our most popular programs. Team members become eligible for most benefits on the first of the month following two full months of employment.



Amplify offers detailed benefits overviews, including information about our insurance plans and premium costs. New team members are eligible for Amplify’s benefit plans on the first of the month coinciding with or following their date of hire.

Time Off


Amplify team members accrue PTO each pay period as part of a rolling annual balance (up to a maximum of 320 hours). You can cash out accrued PTO twice a year, subject to maintaining a minimum balance.

Service Hours


Amplify encourages our team to give back to their community using our Community Care Hours (CCH) program. Full-time team members receive 40 hours per year of paid time off for community service (20 hours for part-time staff).



Saving for retirement is important, no matter your age. Amplify provides a match of 100% of the first 5% of pay that you contribute to the plan. That means if you donate 5% to your 401(k), you’ll receive 10% in contributions.



We encourage your personal and professional growth. That’s why every Amplify team member is eligible to receive $2,000 per calendar year for undergraduate studies or $5,250 per calendar year for graduate studies.
