According to the Austin American-Statesman, 197 organizations participated in the year’s survey, resulting in 127 companies being ranked by Energage. Amplify finished 16 of 43 among mid-sized companies that employ between 150 and 499 workers in Great Austin.

Earlier this year, Amplify was also rated a 2022 Best Company in several categories by the workplace culture site Comparably. Those categories included compensation, happiness, and career growth. Mr. Garrison was also recognized as a Best CEO for Diversity and Best CEO for Women in 2022.
