Up to 40 hours per year of paid time off to perform community service during work hours (20 hours for part-time employees).
Our Paid Time Off program gives team members the flexibility to take time off for any reason. You earn PTO each pay period and your balance rolls from year to year, up to a maximum of 320 hours. You can cash out accrued PTO at the end of each month, subject to maintaining a minimum balance. Full-time employees accrue 144 hours per year (part-time employees' accruals are prorated), and the amount of PTO you accrue increases every 5 years.
$2,000 per calendar year for undergraduate studies; $5,250 per calendar year for graduate studies.
Saving for retirement is important, no matter your age. Amplify’s 401(k) plan offers automatic enrollment on the first of the month coinciding with or following your hire date, automatic annual increases, and automatic rebalancing to ensure your investment mix remains the same over time. Amplify also provides a match of 100% of the first 5% of pay that you contribute to the plan. Amplify’s 401(k) plan allows you to invest on a pre-tax basis, lowering your current taxable income. The Roth 401(k) option allows you to redirect funds from your paycheck on an after-tax basis so that withdrawals at retirement are tax-free.

Every application is important to us because the person it represents may be the perfect person for the job and our organization. We take the time to review every application in full. Because of the number of applications we receive for each position, we are not able to contact every applicant. Applicants who appear to meet the minimum requirements for the job will be contacted. You can check the status of your application(s) by logging into the Career Center and then clicking on Resume Submission History. If you are not selected to continue, we will contact you by email to let you know.
If you are selected to participate in the interview process, your first interview will typically be an in-person meeting or a phone interview with a member of Human Resources. This initial conversation gives us an opportunity to learn more about you, while giving you a chance to learn more about the role and Amplify.
Certain jobs may involve an assessment or a "piece of the job" exercise. These may be used at any point in the selection process. In some cases you may be asked to complete an assessment as part of the application process; in others, you may be asked to complete this step following one or more interviews.
If the hiring manager feels you are a strong candidate after reviewing your application and screening interview notes, then a member of Human Resources will call you to schedule your second interview. Your second interview may be with the hiring manager alone, or you may be speaking with multiple people in a panel format. Your Human Resources representative will provide that information in a confirmation email, which will also include the date, time, and location of your interview.

We conduct our reference checks using an online survey that is administered by Checkster. We require at least three professional references, at least two of which should be people who currently manage you or have managed you in the past. Do not use friends or family members as references.
Once the interviews, assessments (if applicable) and reference checks are completed, the hiring manager will decide which candidate he/she would like to invite to join Amplify. If you are selected, you will be contacted by a member of Human Resources, who will extend the offer to you verbally and then forward the formal offer to you via email.
When we send your offer of employment, we will also request your authorization to check your ability to be bonded under the credit union's insurance policy and to run a background check, which includes verification of past/current employment, as well as checking criminal and civil records. Most positions also require a credit check. Less-than-perfect credit does not automatically bar you from employment, but you should be prepared to discuss what led to the issues and what you are doing to correct them. Depending on the role, we may require other types of background checks in addition to those mentioned.
When you become a team member at Amplify, your manager will introduce you to your team and provide you with your learning path for systems and processes. Later, during Amplify’s virtual Culture Day, you will meet members of Amplify’s executive team and other new team members to discuss Amplify’s mission, vision, values, and service standards.
