Flores also supports his community through his volunteer activities at non-profits such as the Central Texas YMCA, the Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation, and Rural Capital Area Workforce Solutions.

In my 19 years of finance and commercial lending experience, I pride myself on offering transparency to each of my clients. Even before I found my calling as a commercial loan officer, I’d always excelled at financial analysis. After managing the operations of a professional sports team, I moved to Austin and joined a multi-national banking organization. There I was able to expand my own business acumen to help customers build customized strategic plans, implement cash flow efficiencies, and grow their wealth through commercial and residential real estate acquisitions. My knowledge of conventional financing and commercial construction lending has helped countless entrepreneurs realize their dream of owning their own business and/or create wealth and passive income via real estate.

When we’re not working, my wife and I support a variety of non-profits, including Meals on Wheels Central Texas, Red Cross, and Habitat for Humanity. We actively participate in many social and professional organizations here in Austin, Texas. We always strive to take time to remember why we work so hard. We enjoy traveling, visiting with family and friends, hiking, camping, soccer, and really anything outdoors.
