Use the form below to provide the name and contact information of your business representative. A virtual banker will reach out in one (1) business day to discuss your banking needs.
Shortly thereafter, you will receive a copy of the business account application from your virtual banker. This will include a checklist for application materials based on your organization type.
Your virtual banker will then review the application and contact you with any questions or concerns. As a reminder, there are no automated denials for business account applications.
Once your application is approved, your virtual banker will reach out with additional information on how to fund your Amplify account(s) and enroll in online banking.
