Use the form below to provide the name and contact information of your business representative. A virtual banker will reach out in one (1) business day to discuss your banking needs.
Complete the Application
Shortly thereafter, you will receive a copy of the business account application from your virtual banker. This will include a checklist for application materials based on your organization type.
Your virtual banker will then review the application and contact you with any questions or concerns. As a reminder, there are no automated denials for business account applications.
Once your application is approved, your virtual banker will reach out with additional information on how to fund your Amplify account(s) and enroll in online banking.

Are there any requirements to earn a savings rate?
There are no minimum balances or hidden fees on our business savings accounts. Unlike certificates of deposit, these are liquid accounts, meaning that members can add or withdraw funds at any time with no penalties or transaction fees.
What documents do I need to open an account?
Can I access my business account in online banking?
Once your account has been enrolled in online banking, business members will be able to view and initiate transactions on their savings account as well as view statements and set up transaction and account alerts. Speak to your virtual banker to learn more about online banking at Amplify.
Do you offer notary services?
Amplify offers free notary public services at each of our branches. To find the Amplify branch nearest you, visit the Locations and Hours page on our website.
