Community Impact
Our Approach
At Amplify, we believe our team members know best how to support their communities. That’s why our social impact program is built around empowering our employees to make a difference at the local level.
Volunteering
Amplify employees receive up to 40 dedicated volunteer hours each year through our Community Care Hours (CCH) program. These are paid volunteer hours that allow our team to gets hands on with their favorite causes.
Financial Education
Amplify’s Collab program offers financial education and resources to local organizations. Our community bankers and community lenders lead workshops on everything from basic budget to homeownership readiness.
Leadership Stipends
We provide financial support to nonprofit organizations on behalf of eligible employees. Team members who are regular volunteers or board members can stretch their impact even further with an annual donation.
