Linda Cheung’s decade-long career has spanned the entirety of commercial real estate lending, including working directly with builders to support new projects and increase the housing inventory in the state. Her work with commercial real estate builders and investors in turn has allowed renters and buyers to benefit from easing affordability concerns.
Her primary focus is supporting the growth of Texas’s residential construction market. She specializes in spec housing and investment properties, working with builders to develop and finance 1-4 family units across the state. Cheung is also a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association and an active volunteer with the Serve Sugar Land Volunteer program.
