Since joining the wholesale mortgage industry in 2002, Bob Almand has worked tirelessly to build relationships with brokers and financial institutions in our broader community. He rejoined Amplify Credit Union in 2025, seeing an opportunity to grow these relationships even further.
Wholesale lending often presents a unique set of challenges to both lenders and borrowers. Bob has a creative, solution-oriented approach to each individual loan opportunity. Once he’s taken the time to build a relationship with a partner and understand the needs of their clients, he’s found that no lending challenge is insurmountable.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and staying physically fit. With the love and support of his family, he is proud to have finished his first Ironman competition. Bob is grateful for every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, especially skiing in Colorado or Utah.
