Alex Rodriguez

A problem-solver by nature, Alex Rodriguez loves working with borrowers to find the right real estate products.  Born and raised in a bilingual-bicultural family in Chicago, Rodriguez witnessed the economic freedom that many families experienced on their path to homeownership.

In his decade with Amplify, Rodriguez witnessed the homebuying journey as a loan officer, a loan servicing agent, and an account resolutions specialist. He believes every good loan officer should approach their borrowers with empathy and understanding.

Juan Rosales

As a community banker at Amplify Credit Union, Juan Rosales provides financial services to individuals and organizations based in Central Texas. Rosales draws on his experience as a first-generation American to serve members of Austin’s Hispanic and Latino communities. As a bilingual speaker, he is able to create a welcoming space for those too-often overlooked by the banking industry. Rosales is also a six-year veteran of the United States Army.

Juan received his certification as a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor from the Credit Union National Association in October 2023.

Juston Hargrove

Juston Hargrove began his career in mortgage lending because he was drawn to helping borrowers navigate the different mortgage products available to them. In his current role as a community loan originator, he has the distinct honor of working with historically underserved communities.

Hargrove’s passion is helping the people in those communities live the American dream of homeownership and begin the process of wealth building through equity.

Kourtney Allen

In her role as a community banker at Amplify Credit Union, Kourtney Allen provides financial support to individuals and organizations located throughout Central Texas. Herself a newcomer to the financial industry, Kourtney uses that outsider perspective to help translate Amplify’s banking programs into achievable financial outcomes. She dedicates her work towards expanding access to equitable banking services to low-income communities and communities of color.

Kourtney received her certification as a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor from the Credit Union National Association in October 2023.

The home equity line of credit Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is variable and is based on the highest Prime Rate published each month-end in The Wall Street Journal Money Rates Table (the “Index”), +/- a margin based on credit worthiness. The current Index is 8.50%. Maximum APR is 17.90%. The maximum combined loan-to-value cannot exceed 80% of the Fair Market Value of your home. A minimum draw amount of $4,000 is required for each advance after the initial minimum $10,000 advance at the time of loan funding. This Account has a Draw Period of 10 years, after which you will be required to repay any amounts within a 10-year term. Interest on your HELOC may be tax-deductible – please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest. Property Insurance, including flood insurance as needed, is required to be maintained. Loans subject to credit approval. All loan rates based on creditworthiness and may vary.
