It's easy to get started with Online Banking –
Amplify's Online Banking service – and Quicken!
If you use Intuit's Quicken™ software to track your financial data, you can download your Amplify transaction directly into Quicken using Express Web Connect.
If you are experiencing a CC-501 error, you may be able to correct it by taking one or more of these actions:
- If you have stored your Online Banking password in Quicken, go to the password vault in Quicken and delete the password. Try the connection (providing your password manually) and see if it connects. If so, store the password in the vault again. If this does not work:
- Change your password in Online Banking. Store the new password in Quicken's password vault.
- Disable Express Web Connect access to your account(s) and then re-enable.
If none of these options work, you will need to contact Quicken for assistance, as this is actually an issue with their servers and software. Read more about the issue here.
Note: QuickBooks users will use Web Connect to download their transactions.
