The first thing you will see after logging into the upgraded Digital Banking platform is the Home (or Accounts) page, which contains a list of your accounts and respective balances. Check out the improvements below.

Account Tiles:

On the home page, your accounts will now be listed on tiles in two columns. You can click and drag your account tiles to rearrange them.

Account Grouping:

When you drag an account tile downward, the account group icon will appear at the bottom of the page. Dropping the account tile on this icon creates a new account group, allowing you to create your own groups and organize your accounts using these groups.

Quick Transfer / View Activity:

Clicking on the menu icon (ellipsis) on the right side of an account tile will provide two tools:

  • Quick Transfer allows you to move money from this account to any of your other linked accounts.
  • View Activity allows you to readily see a list of all the transactions pertaining to this account. You can also filter, get more details, print or export the transactions from this view.

Account Visibility Preferences:

An additional feature to help organize your home page is the ability to hide an account from view on the Home page. Under Account Preferences for each account, there is a “Visibility” slider which enables you to hide or unhide accounts.

Accessibility (High-Contrast Mode):

To increase accessibility and usability, a high-contrast mode will allow low-vision users to make needed contrast adjustments.

We’ve added an additional layer of protection against fraud and identity theft. When initiating a high dollar external transfer through Online Banking, you will be sent a secure access code to validate the transaction. The code may be received via phone call or text. Once the code is received and verified, the transaction will be approved for processing.

If you do not currently have phone or text options set up as your secure access delivery options – or if you need to update your secure delivery options – please log in to Online Banking. Go to Settings > Security Preferences > Secure Delivery and make the necessary updates for your secure delivery option.

Accessibility - High Contrast Mode


To enable the following security features, go to Menu > Settings > Security Preferences

  • 4-digit PIN Authentication: Users can set up a 4-digit PIN (Passcode) to login to mobile banking.
  • Facial recognition for the Apple iPhone X: Users can login to mobile banking using facial recognition.
