AMPLIFY ACCOUNT ALERTS
With Amplify Account Alerts, available in Online Banking, you can get real-time email and SMS (text message) alerts when important events or balance changes happen on your account. Customizable alerts can be set up for:
- Loan balance
- Loan payment due date
- Certificate maturity date
- Direct deposits and ACH (electronic transfer) credits
- Account balance
- Checks cleared
- Insufficient funds
- Automatic withdrawals
- Privilege Pay/ overdrafting
- Debit card transactions
ENROLL IN ACCOUNT ALERTS
If you've never enrolled in Alerts or Paperless Statements at Amplify, you'll need to go through a one-time enrollment and verification process as outlined here.
ADD ADDITIONAL EMAILS & MOBILE NUMBERS
Once you've enrolled and activated your primary email address, you can add additional email addresses and mobile phone numbers to receive some or all of your Account Alerts. If removing an email address or mobile number from an alert, skip steps 3 through 6.
ADD NEW ALERTS
Add as many Account or Loan Alerts as you need to manage your finances on the go.
EDIT OR DELETE ALERTS
You can edit, adjust, or delete Account or Loan Alerts at any time.
