  • Online and Mobile Banking Tips - Nickname an Account

    Nickname Your Account

    Do you have a “rainy day” emergency account?  Perhaps an account dedicated to saving for college or that dream vacation?  Well, did you know that you can nickname your accounts in online/mobile banking? 

    This feature makes it easier for you to differentiate and recognize each of your accounts throughout online/mobile banking!  These nicknames are created by you and known only by you.  Using this feature is quick and easy! 

     1. Click the Settings menu in online/mobile banking and then click Account Preferences.

    2. From the Account Preferences screen, click the account you wish to nickname.

    3. After selecting the account to be nicknamed, click the Nickname Account button.

    4. Enter your desired nickname in the field provided and click the check mark icon to save.

  • Online and Mobile Banking Tips - Hide Account from Overview

    Hide an Account

    Do you have an Amplify account that you rarely access in online/mobile banking?  Perhaps a CD or a special savings account you don’t want to touch?  Well, did you know that you can hide accounts in online/mobile banking? 

    This feature makes it easier for you to manage your accounts in online/mobile banking because the accounts you want to see become front and center, while others are tucked safely away from view!  Accounts can be hidden or unhidden by you at any time!  Using this feature is quick and easy! 

     1. Click the Settings menu in online / mobile banking and then click Account Preferences.

    2. From the Account Preferences screen, click the account you wish to Hide or Unhide.

    3. After selecting the account to be hidden or unhidden, toggle the Visible/Hidden indicator as desired.

  • Online and Mobile Banking Tips - Change Login ID

    Change Your Login ID

    Not too crazy about using your member number as your login ID for online/mobile banking?  Well, did you know that you can change your login ID?  Changing it is quick and easy! 

     1. Click the Settings menu in online/mobile banking and then click Security Preferences.

    2. From the Security Preferences screen, click the Change Login ID button.

    3. Enter your desired login ID which meets the login ID requirements displayed on the screen and click Submit.
