  • Online balance and transaction information at www.myprepaidbalance.com or via phone at 877-283-1860
  • There is no fee to check the balance or request a refund check
  • To use a gift card online, the name on the card must match the name on the transaction. If necessary, the cardholder can change the registration online or by phone.
