Online Banking Troubleshooting

Message: "This function is not available to you at this time."

There are several instances in which you might see this error message:

Online Banking may be set to inquiry-only mode for all member accounts.

During certain back-office and end-of-month procedures, it will be necessary for us to set Online Banking to inquiry-only mode. This means that you will still be able to log on to Online Banking, but that some of its functions will not be available to you. Basically when Online Banking is in inquiry-only mode any function that would affect your balance — such as the 'Transfer', 'Transfer to Other', and 'BillPayer' functions — would be unavailable to you. You would still be able to use inquiry functions such as the 'Accounts', 'Tax Info' and 'Deposits' functions. Familiarize yourself with our current schedule of back-office processing times during which you should expect the system to be in inquiry-only mode.

Online Banking may be set to inquiry-only mode for your specific account.

If you have requested that the Credit Union set your access to inquiry-only mode or if it has been set so for another reason, you will be prompted with this error message. If you have questions, please check with our Contact Center at 512.836.5901 or 800.237.5087 for more information.
