Online Banking Troubleshooting

Online Banking is available essentially 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Occasionally, back-office processing, system maintenance or technical problems result in Online Banking being temporarily unavailable. In these instances, service is usually restored in an hour or two — we hope you will try back again. Our apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

 

What is inquiry-only mode?

During certain back-office and end-of-month procedures, it is necessary for us to set Online Banking to inquiry-only mode. Inquiry-only mode means that you will still be able to log on to Online Banking, but that some of its functions will not be available to you.

When Online Banking is in inquiry-only mode any function that would affect your balance — such as the 'Transfer', 'Transfer to Other', and 'BillPayer' functions — would be unavailable to you. You would still be able to use inquiry functions such as the 'Accounts', 'Statement', 'Tax Info' and 'Deposits' functions.
