Statement printout is cut off on right side of paper. (At about the letter "N" in "Social Security Number") All account data is visible.

Try adjusting the font in your browser to a smaller font before you print. You may also have to adjust the page margins in your browser and reduce the margin sizes to a minimal value.  Keep in mind that you are viewing an HTML document, which means it may not necessarily print exactly as you see it on screen. For better results, sign up for the e-Statement service! Statements are presented in PDF format and print perfectly.

How hard would it be to offer check payee info online?

Unfortunately, all of the check processing is done with high speed processors that read the MICR line at the bottom of the documents, there is no way to transfer payee information into our system. The only way to see to whom a check is made payable is to view a copy of that check.  Just click the "View Check" button in the account details screen to see a copy online.
