Where do I go to download my transaction file?
There are two ways to get your transaction data. By
far, the easiest way is to use the OFX features of either
Money or Quicken. You can also manually download and
import a QIF file into the software, but this option
has been dropped from Quicken software (starting with
the 2005 version). Money still offers the option to manually
import a file.

When I download my transactions, will my transactions be double-posted?

Why do I get the message, "Account history not available. Please contact your financial institution for details"?
Online Banking will only export a line of transaction
data once when using OFX, or when exporting manually
using the "All new transactions" export option. If
you get this message, this means that there is no new
data to be exported. You can, however, use the "Date
Range" option to manually export the data you need
from the available transactions.

How many days worth of data is available for me to download?
Only those transactions listed in the account history screen are available—and that typically includes approximately six months of transactions. There may be more (or fewer) days available, depending upon the transaction volume of your account. The secret to having complete information is to download often. A good rule of thumb is to download data at least once every month, but how frequently you choose to download data will depend on the volume of the activity on your account.
