I don't have the recommended version of either Netscape Navigator or MS Internet Explorer. Where can I get a copy?

I get the message "There has been a problem during transit. Your browser may not be supported. Please sign on again." I have the recommended version of the browser. What's wrong?

This message is always caused when Online Banking loses track of the session information. For your security, the session is terminated and the message is displayed. It could be an indication that your browser may not be set up to accept cookies, or there is security in place that is blocking cookies. It can also sometimes be caused if your browser tries to display a "cached" version of the page. Clearing your browser cache will correct that problem. See below for instructions on how to verify cookie settings.

NOTE:
If you follow the instructions below and are still getting the error, then it is likely that a security software or device upstream of the browser (like a firewall or other security software) is blocking the session information. You will need to refer to the documentation for that software or device to see how to configure it to allow traffic from ezonline.goamplify.com

For Netscape users, verify this setting by doing the following:
Go to the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences". From there, click on the "Advanced" category. Ensure that either the "Accept all cookies" or the "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" option is checked.

For Internet Explorer users (most versions), verify this setting by doing the following:
Go to the "View" menu and select "Internet Options". From there, click on the "Advanced" tab and scroll down until you see the section labeled, "Cookies". Make sure that either the "Accept cookies" or the "Warn before accepting cookies" option is checked.

For users of Internet Explorer 5.0, verify this setting by doing the following:
Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options". From there, click on the "Security" tab. You should see a list of icons (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sited, Restricted Sites, etc.) Click on the "Internet" icon. Click on the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down to the section labeled, "Cookies". Ensure that the "Allow per session cookies" is enabled.

We have also begun to see this error with Internet Explorer 6.x and 7.x when the latest security patches are installed. In this case, you may need to add the goamplify.com and mfa.lanxtra.com (for multi-factor login) domain as a "trusted site". Click "Tools", "Internet Options", and go to the "Privacy" tab. In the "Web Sites" section click the "Edit" button ("Sites" button in XP/IE 6.0.2900). Add goamplify.com in the "Address of Web site" window and click the "Allow" button. Do the same for mfa.lanxtra.com. Click "OK", and then "Apply". Restart the browser.

How do I enable JavaScript on my browser?

JavaScript is required to use certain functions of Online Banking, such as the 'Transfer' and 'Statement' function.

For Netscape users, verify this setting by doing the following:

For Internet Explorer users (most versions), verify this setting by doing the following:
From the "View" menu, select "Internet Options". Now, click on the "Security" tab. Select "Custom" and click on the "Settings" button. Scroll down to the section labeled "Java Scripting". Verify that the "Enable" option is checked.

For users of Internet Explorer 5.x & 6.x , verify this setting by doing the following:
From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options". Now, select the "Security" tab. You should see a list of icons (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, Restricted Sites, etc.) Click on the "Internet" icon. Click on the "Custom Level" button. I subscribe to an online service and I have Microsoft IE and Netscape.

For Internet access, this is not a problem. Just access our Web site and click on Online Banking!

Some online services, such as America Online and AT&T Worldnet, have integrated browsers, which may not work correctly with Online Banking. If the software allows you to use an external browser, we highly recommend it.

I have the next version of the browser(s). Will it still work?

Online Banking was written to work with Netscape 4.x or higher and Internet Explorer 4.x or higher. The higher versions of these programs should work fine. We have also seen that Firefox works well with our website and Online Banking. Please let us know if you encounter problems that are related to the browser version.
