Fraudulent Phone Call Alert (3/20/09)

Amplify has received a few phone calls from members reporting that they have been contacted via telephone by individuals claiming the member's debit card has been compromised. These individuals then ask members to provide them card information.

These calls are not legitimate. Amplify NEVER asks members for card number or account information when we contact them. If our debit card network contacts members, they will not ask for card numbers, either.
