Fraud protection service —AMPLIFY uses FRIS, which is a fraud predictor system designed to identify fraudulent activity at an early stage. The system tracks a cardholder’s spending patterns and may contact you if/when changes in the pattern occur. If you are contacted, FRIS states that they are calling from AMPLIFY and will ask you to verify recent debit card activity. You will NOT be asked to provide your debit card number, social security, or other vital information. If you receive a message from AMPLIFY's fraud detection service you will be asked to return a call to 800-327-8622. You may always call AMPLIFY directly you are uncomfortable for any reason. If we are unable to contact you, a hold may be placed on your debit account.
