• JUMBO 15-YEAR FIXED — Level principal and interest payments for the full term of the loan with no risk that changing market conditions will increase your monthly payments, while the loan balance decreases more rapidly than a 30-Year Mortgage. If you plan on staying in your home long-term, need your monthly payments to remain fixed over the life of the loan, or would like to pay off the loan balance quickly, this may be your best option.
