Have You Received Weird Mail from "Us"?

 

If you have recently purchased a car or obtained a mortgage or any other type of loan through AMPLIFY, you may have received unsolicited offers by mail for additional loan related products a few weeks later. These offers may appear to be from or authorized by AMPLIFY. Beware! They are not!

 

AMPLIFY does not sell or share your information. These offers are from independent vendors who obtain your transaction information from public records. Here’s what to look for if you have questions about mail you receive:

  • Branding: All AMPLIFY correspondence is branded with our name and / or the AMPLIFY logo, or the AMPLIFY Financial logo
  • We always use our return address: P.O. Box 85300, Austin, TX 78708 or 2608 Brockton, Austin, TX 78758.
  • Is our name referred to correctly?: If the mail refers to some variation of our name, it’s not from us. We are either Amplify Federal Credit Union or AMPLIFY.
