Gregg, Robertson and Etherington re-elected to AMPLIFY Board of Directors

 

The results of the 2008 election of Amplify's Board of Directors were announced at the 2008 Member Annual meeting Thursday evening, April 24th.

 

Three seats were up for election. Those elected were:

 

• Ron Gregg
• Sam Robertson
• Mark Etheringon

All three were incumbent members of the board. The AMPLIFY Board of Directors organizational meeting was held in early May. Officers for 2008 - 2009 are:

• Chairman, Willie Everett
• Vice Chairman, Ron Gregg
• Treasurer, Corinne Cline
• Secretary, Mark Etherington

On the Supervisory Committee, these individuals were appointed by the Chairman for three-year terms:

• Jennifer Chalmers
• Louise Hrncir

In other business, the date for next year's annual meeting was set for Thursday, March 26, 2009.
