2009 Amplify Federal Credit Union Meeting of the Membership

 

The results of the 2009 election of Amplify's Board of Directors were announced at the 2009 Member Annual meeting Thursday evening, March 26th.

 

The following Directors were re-elected for three-year terms of office:

• Willie Everett
• Allen Jensen

Following the Member Annual Meeting, the Board met and elected officers of the Board.  They are:

 

• Chairman, Willie Everett
• Vice Chairman, Ron Gregg
• Treasurer, Corinne Cline
• Secretary, Mark Etherington

Willie Everett, Chairman, reappointed the following Supervisory Committee members to three-year terms:

 

• Ken Cargill
• Michelle Schwalbach

 

The Board selected Thursday, March 25, 2010 as the date for next year’s Member Annual Meeting.
