AMPLIFY and Senior Vice President/Chief Technology Officer Gary Novosel
featured in CUTech article
CU Tech, a technology think tank for credit unions, recently featured AMPLIFY and SVP/CTO Gary Novosel in an article about using video conferencing to maximize productivity and hold down operating costs.
In the article, Novosel stresses the benefits to AMPLIFY members:
"We continually remove channel boundaries for our members by allowing them to conduct business from any branch." Video conferencing "allows members to come into any branch to deliver loan documents," Novosel says. "Should they need to speak with an originator, they have the convenience of doing that securely with our system without travel to a different location." He adds that video systems allow loan team members to make highly efficient use of their time, while providing the highest quality interactive service to members.
AMPLIFY is referred to in the article as an "early adopter" of technology.
