I love working at Amplify because it’s a positive, progressive, bright, exciting, challenging, and sometimes surprising place to be.  I learn new things on a weekly basis and my work environment is very fun.  I love our members and the opportunities I have to help them with their financial needs.

 

I like the way Amplify cares about its employees and provides us with the training we need to do our jobs to the best of our ability.  Amplify is not perfect -- no company is.  But I truly think AMPLIFY is trying to be the perfect company, which says a lot about the organization.  Amplify is not satisfied with the status quo and continues to work towards being the best credit union in central Texas.  This gives me encouragement and hope for the future, and makes me glad to come to work each day.
