I love Amplify because of all the benefits the credit union provides for my family.  There are so many it's hard to list them all in just a few sentences. 

 

Amplify has great health and dental insurance that is very affordable - the same coverage is three times as expensive through my husband's employer, with larger co-pays and deductibles!  We have a very convenient flexible spending plan that helps pay for prescriptions, co-pays and even day care.
  

The most important benefit I receive here at Amplify is time with my family.  I’ve always felt like the managers here at the credit union really understand the benefit of giving employees time away from work to enjoy their lives.  The credit union sponsors lots of great family events for employees, like the picnic at Schliterbahn this year that my kids loved!  Amplify has a very generous PTO program, and gives employees vacation time for other life events such as weddings and funerals.  I love the new community program that allows me to volunteer at my son's school once a week.  I can't tell you how great it is to be a regular part of his class – that’s something most working mom's just don't get to do.   Amplify has been a really positive influence in my life. I never feel like I have to compromise between work and family and that’s something I really appreciate!
