They are really technologically up to date and friendly and fast.
People are always friendly and helpful and I like the relaxed atmosphere. It is not stuffy. The service and products are great. We are extremely happy with both our auto loan rates and our kids' CD rates.
The two ladies, Cathy and Angela, has always greeted us cordially and helped us in all our account needs. Employees like Cathy and Angela are the ones who really promote business in a most positive direction for Amplify. The atmosphere and the set up at this Palm valley (Rt 79 and CR 122(Red Bud lane) is the best one I have experienced in my membership with the credit union since 1996. I wonder why we can’t have some of those "lunch and learn" and other seminars here at Palm Valley branch. Cathy and Angela should be acknowledged in your next staff meeting and be given some award (may be a dinner for two or similar). Their performance has been outstanding.

I have been with Amplify/IBM for years and they have always been very friendly.
The service is quick and not only the person who is waiting on you but also the tellers always greet me with a smile. Not once when I go in have the not offered water and coffee. I have been with Amplify since 2004 and I'm staying... I'm not going anywhere. I would recommend Amplify to everyone and that is the honest truth.

Great CU but appears they are cutting back on their promotions.... Came to get my yearly calendar... as I have for many years... last year did not get one and did not get one either thought that they had forgotten. With my many years of service, investments and transactions I made here... would think that a calendar would be a small token of appreciation.. Would I recommend Amplify most likely would recommend.

I am happy with the products Amplify offers. Granted the customer service was not that much on this trip but this is the first time.
My wife and I have been members for many years and Amplify / IBM has always been there for us, and we have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness.
I have recommended Amplify to quite a few friends, because of the AMP magnet I have on my car. I love the new lay out of the facilities. It's a lot different that the old IBM style that I've been used to for almost 40 years.
They offer a good complete service, are very competitive on loan rates and good service.
Like the free water or coffee after all the shopping and errands, nice and prompt service was nice after standing in lines checking out at registers run by gum-chomping bored teens.
It is a very user/customer friendly financial institution... where they will be happy to bank... live MORE AND enjoy by banking with a friendly facility. Life is for enjoyment... and one does not need to work harder, if banks like Amplify... amplify your expectations and amplify your joys

I love Amplify! I have my personal and business accounts, retirement account, business loan and (what I view as) lots of friends at Amplify.
I would say that I’ve been with the credit union since they opened their doors, I wouldn't take my money any place else. I’ve had accounts with other facilities and have closed all of those to keep just the one with amplify. I would also mention that we’ve been at the Brockton location since 1983 when it was i.b.m.f.c.u., and I like the customer service better with amplify. My favorite thing about the people that work at my location is their willingness to listen to my problem and try everything in their power to fix them.
They're very courteous and help you when you need it and they don't act like it's a bother to them.
You are always greeted in a friendly manner and the wait time is minimal.

Amplify is a fast and easy way to get all of your banking needs met. I was a victim of online theft recently and my debit account had been breached. I rushed to my local Amplify, and was quickly awarded a new debit card, filled out the correct fraud notification papers, and within 6 hours, had all my money back in my checking account! Kudos to Amplify!!

I have dealt with many banking institutions in the past, and Amplify is by far the best yet. The associates consistently go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of; so much so that I have direct deposit through my employer, but I still make a point to stop in every now and again to make a deposit or withdraw. The LaFrontera branch of Amplify, to me, is what banking should be all about!

I have already recommended Amplify to family & friends.
