If you can't stop by one of our offices, use our address change request form that's in an easy to print format* and fax or mail your request to us. If you have access to Online Banking, you may now change your address online! Once signed-on, click the "more" button, then the "change addr" button.

Don't have access to a printer? You may also fax or mail us a signed note with the following information

• Name
• Account number
• Social security number
• New address
• New home and work phone numbers
• E-mail address (optional)
• Your signature
