The VISA® Debit Card functions as an ATM card, and it will work in ATMs worldwide. Plus, it may be used for purchases at any merchant that accepts VISA. That includes restaurants, gas stations, department and grocery stores. There's no need to carry both cards; if you currently have an ATM card you can destroy that card when you receive your VISA® Debit Card and PIN.
